After you buy the service, fill the brand kit onboarding form you receive to get started. We’ll get in touch with any questions, then build you a brand kit based on your answers.
What if I don’t like the brand kit you send me?
Simply tell us what didn’t work for you and we’ll make a new version that fits your needs better! We offer up to two rounds of revisions.
How long will it take to get my brand kit?
We will deliver your brand kit within 7 business days of when you fill out the brand kit onboarding form.
Will I be able to edit my own brand kit?
The goal of a brand kit is consistency. Your brand kit should stay the same so you and everyone across your organization are all using the same guidelines and style.
We deliver your bonus content (social media headers, social post templates, and business card template) as Canva files so anyone with a free Canva account can customize and reuse them as needed.
